Goat Cheese Bruschetta Spread

Creamy herb goat cheese, fresh juicy tomatoes, and tangy balsamic all on top of a buttery cracker. The perfect appetizer to make in a pinch! Impressive yet effortless.

- 1 cup fresh grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- A drizzle of olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1-1.5 tsp basil paste or fresh basil leaves finely chopped for goat cheese
- 2 tsp dried basil leaves for the tomato mixture
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
Take goat cheese out to soften.
Wash and dry the tomatoes then cut into quarters.
Mix tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, balsamic, and dried basil in a small bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix goat cheese with basil paste (or fresh basil)
Serve on a board with crackers and enjoy!
You can sub fresh basil for basil stir-in paste. This basil paste is what I use and keep on hand for this recipe! You can find it at Target and Walmart.
