Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with foil or wax paper
Slice bread into ½ inch thick pieces or ¾ for thicker pieces
Arrange slices on baking tray and lightly drizzle with olive oil and salt/pepper to taste. Bake in preheated oven for 2 minutes
While the bread is toasting, mix the log of goat cheese in a bowl with the dried basil, garlic powder, and salt to taste
Once the bread is toasted, spread a dollop of the goat cheese mixture on each of the toasted baguette slices
Top the goat cheese with a tbsp (or less) of the bruschetta mixture
Pop back in the oven for 5 minutes
Top with grated parmesan cheese and bake for another 2 minutes
Serve immediately and enjoy!
