Easiest Bruschetta Recipe

This Bruschetta is SO simple and has a ton of flavor. Grab a loaf of french bread from your local grocery store and layer on this 3 ingredient goat cheese spread, artichoke and roasted red pepper mixture and topped with parmesan cheese. Throw it in the oven and you're done! Bon appetit.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Fresh french baguette 16 oz
  • 1 drizzel Olive oil
  • 8 oz Plain goat cheese log softened
  • 2 tsp Dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz Bruschetta spread I used red pepper & artichoke

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with foil or wax paper
  • Slice bread into ½ inch thick pieces or ¾ for thicker pieces
  • Arrange slices on baking tray and lightly drizzle with olive oil and salt/pepper to taste. Bake in preheated oven for 2 minutes
  • While the bread is toasting, mix the log of goat cheese in a bowl with the dried basil, garlic powder, and salt to taste
  • Once the bread is toasted, spread a dollop of the goat cheese mixture on each of the toasted baguette slices
  • Top the goat cheese with a tbsp (or less) of the bruschetta mixture
  • Pop back in the oven for 5 minutes
  • Top with grated parmesan cheese and bake for another 2 minutes
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
