SUNSHINE CAKE To a bowl add: •golden or yellow boxes cake mix •9.6 oz can mandarin oranges (juice & all) •3.6 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix •1/4 cup melted and cooled butter •4 eggs •healthy tsp or two of vanilla extract Directions: •add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined •dump into 9x13 pan, ungreased •bake for ~38 min in 350 deg oven For the whipped topping: •2 cups heavy whipping cream •3.6 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix •20 oz can crushed pineapple, juice and all Directions: •mix until thick, stabilized and consistency of cool whip •add a can of crushed pineapple, juice and all •fold in gently with a spatula •spread on top of cooled cake, slice and enjoy! 🫶🏼Store leftovers in fridge Follow along for more crowd favorite recipes.
